Victoria and David Beckham bought a luxury apartment in Miami

Beckham Brands Limited, owned by David Beckham, has officially signed a contract to purchase a luxury penthouse in Miami's One Thousand Museum, one of the latest projects by famous architect Zaha Hadid. Another project of this nature is a set of New York condominiums 520 West 28th Street, which Ariana Grande calls her home. In particular, this project of the building, which is often referred to as a "scorpion tower" due to its appearance, is truly unique. This is no surprise, however, as the internationally acclaimed Zaha Hadid was not only one of the best architects in Britain, but also in the world, both in the 21st century and in the late 20th century. Unfortunately, she could not witness the realization of her extraordinary project, as she died suddenly in March 2016 at the age of 65.

Hadid undertook the project out of love for the city and that is why, in the end, its final product became truly remarkable. It even became the central theme of one of the parts of the documentary series of the non-profit organization Public Broadcasting Service called "Unreal Buildings". Thanks to its height of up to 215 meters, it is also possible to observe Florida's Biscayne Bay Lagoon, the famous Miami Heat’s basketball arena called American Airlines Arena, as well as Miami's famous Museum Park.

Therefore, not only due to its appearance, but also the location, the prices of residential units have climbed relatively high. Initial prices range from $ 5.9 million to $ 21.85 million. Although the final amount paid by the Beckhams for one of the ten penthouses of the skyscraper is not yet known, according to several sources, it is clear that luxury housing of about a thousand square meters was sold to a prominent family for almost $ 24 million. . Based on the purchase price, it is therefore clear that the Beckhams will be able to fully enjoy all the five-star services and conveniences of the building.

A spokesman for David Beckham made it clear: "With the start of the new Inter Miami CF football team, co-owned by David, it is clear that he and his team will be spending a huge amount of time with his team in Miami. The One Thousand Museum is an extremely special building, so we are excited to join its community. ”

The new housing of the prominent couple is maximally sleek, modern, luxurious and quite futuristic, which is largely confirmed by photographs of individual spaces.

In addition, given that the residence is inhabited by less than 100 tenants, the building resembles a rather luxurious hotel, the design of which is Hadid's classic, instead of a skyscraper. The atmosphere of the hotel is completed by a 24-hour concierge service and special areas reserved for business meetings of skyscraper residents.

The roof apartment of the Beckhams consists of ten residential units located on one floor, and their area is the already mentioned 1,026 square meters. It can also be seen from the example of these tenants that privacy plays a huge role in the demands of skyscraper residents.

However, if they would like to have some social contact, they can meet the other residents of the building in the two-storey spa and wellness area, which also includes a gym, a private beach club, a steam room and a sauna. There is also a private multimedia cinema for tenants.

However, the Beckhams' specific apartment consists of five bedrooms and more than six bathrooms, while the French windows have breathtaking views of the city.

The building includes futuristic open spaces with high ceilings, custom-made lighting by German industrial and interior designer Ulim Petzold, and completely interconnected audio, security and video systems. Kitchens in luxury units include quartz countertops and custom-made Italian cabinets.

A particularly unique aspect of the Beckhams' new home is its adhesion to the curves of the outer skeleton of the tower, thanks to which its living spaces and bedrooms are often irregular in shape.

Huge terraces offer their residents the opportunity to enjoy the warm Miami air even during ordinary relaxation or dinner, while the stunning pool located on the 61st floor also gives them a pleasant cooling off with breathtaking views of the city.

The luxurious "heavenly" lounge located upstairs offers common dining areas and classic vaulted walls from the Zaha Hadid interior. It is in this dining room that the residents will be hosted by the celebrated New York baker and confectioner Mame Sow, who is the culinary director of the entire newly built building.

At the very top of the skyscraper, it is even possible to find a private landing area for a helicopter intended for a resident of the property, which is the first of its kind in all of Miami.

The icing on the cake is also private security, top restaurants, private safes located in the safe and private elevators with access directly to the apartments, which are available to clients immediately after concluding the contract. This is one of the biggest attractions for rich and successful clients, such as the Beckham family after all. Despite the purchase of this luxury home, it is not yet possible to move into it, so David and Victoria spend their free time for the time in the British countryside.
