New modern apartment designed for fun and relaxation with breathtaking views of the surroundings
The client's main brief for this project was to create an airy interior that at first glance would not look like a conventional apartment.

Although the apartment feels very open and airy, its design is both practical and adaptable. The kitchen, which hides behind elegant doors, is fully equipped with the latest appliances but is hidden until you need it. The living area is similarly arranged, and is flexible enough for a variety of situations - from relaxing in front of the TV to hosting parties with friends.
As the owner did not want an interior where the kitchen dominates the living space, the choice fell on the Phoenix kitchen in Black Elm veneer from Italian manufacturer Poliform. The kitchen uses a system of pocket doors, i.e. doors that retract into the wall and thus remain hidden when open. This is the ideal solution for a modern and clean look throughout the living space.

The cabinets under the worktop are made of metallic ottone lacquer, which is a specific material for Poliform. It has a metallic appearance, but it is a lacquer with ideal properties that are ideal for kitchen design.
The natural stone kitchen island then dominates the whole space and serves more as a bar seating area with friends over a glass of wine. It is ideally complemented by the Seattle bar stools from Poliform. The dining area consists of a round Bellagio table with ultra-comfortable Standford bridge chairs from the same brand.
Comfortable seating in the living room is provided by the Connery sofa from the Italian brand Minotti, which is famous for its seating furniture. An interesting element on the sofa are the bases and shelves made of saddle leather. The two materials are combined here and thus ideally connect the sofa with the rest of the interior. There are also Westside coffee tables, also by Poliform. For moments of quiet relaxation, there is also a COR Cordia armchair in the living area, providing maximum comfort when reading or relaxing.
The private part of the apartment consists of the bedroom, which has its own access to the outdoor terrace, as well as the walk-in closet Senzafine and Ubik by Poliform, which then gives access to the owner's private bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with an Andersen bed from Minotti, while the Onda bedside tables are from Poliform's portfolio.
The emphasis in this apartment is on making the most efficient use of every inch. Zones are carefully divided but still connected, creating a pleasant impression of spaciousness. Storage spaces are not visible, but their presence is absolutely invaluable. Built-in wardrobes, integrated storage in the kitchen and a shelving system that doubles as a bookcase or other functional elements ensure that all things have their place without unnecessarily encumbering the space.
