STOPKA Vila Jesenice

This seemingly inconspicuous private residence is located in a picturesque location of unspoilt nature in Central Bohemia. The generous family home was born out of the owner's desire to create a unique home that features sophisticated architecture and stylish Minotti furniture design.

The villa is a domestic oasis, with a courtyard connecting the one and two-storey sections, with each room designed to blend harmoniously with the beautiful landscape around. The ground floor is conceived as an open space that connects the living and dining areas, and provides beautiful views of the courtyard, which serves as an ideal relaxation zone.

The living room is dominated by the multifunctional Freeman and Seymour seating system, designed by Rodolfo Dordoni. This modular seating system offers a new interpretation of comfort with original elements that create a spacious place to relax.

The master bedroom is located on the first floor and is accessible from the lounge area, which includes a corner for a home office. The spaces on this floor interact closely with the living area on the ground floor, where a seating system together with Benson, Grey and Breson coffee tables complete the relaxing atmosphere.

A private spa, cleverly connected to the main building, provides relaxation with spectacular views of the countryside. For maximum comfort, the outdoor Aston Collection, also designed by Rodolfo Dordoni, is used here.

Designed to allow its owners to enjoy views of the surrounding countryside all year round, this villa strikes the perfect balance between interiors and exteriors, dominated by quality Minotti furniture.
